Yes. A refundable security deposit may be required when collecting your bike. The deposit amount depends on the bike model and rental duration. The deposit will be refunded once the bike is returned in the same condition as it was rented.
What do I need to bring when collecting my rental bike?
Please bring a valid photo ID (passport, NRIC, FIN, or driver's license) and your booking confirmation. If a deposit is required, it must be paid before the bike is released.
Can I rent a bike for multiple days or weeks?

What are your bike return times?
Bikes should be returned before the end of your rental period. Late returns may incur additional rental charges. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return the bike outside opening hours?
Please contact us in advance if you require an early or after-hours return. We will do our best to accommodate special arrangements where possible.
What happens if the bike is damaged during my rental?
Normal wear and tear is expected. However, renters are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use. Any repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
What should I do if I experience a mechanical issue during my rental?
Contact our team immediately. We will advise you on the fastest solution and, where possible, assist with repairs or a replacement bike.
